    does anyone have experience using tis imitation maple flavoring my brothers and i do all of our own venison sausage, brat, ect and we what to try adding maple flavoring to some any suggestions?

    find the real thing. you are taking the time and energy to make a quality product, don’t skimp on the maple flavor. if you can’t find it localy, google vermont maple syurp, and you should find something

    I use it to make my super favorite pancake syrup…but can’t help you out with your sausage.

    I don’t know if this helps or not, but it has a very real flavor (at least in pancake syrup).

    Darren,G-Hall used it and so did Dennise Esponosa and I thought they both had a tinny flavor to them.
    Check with the Bradys or Jericks they both had bumper crops last spring and should have some left.
    Go with the real stuff and go light on the use of it.
