Here is one I got a couple weeks ago. This is by far the thickest ice walleye I have seen come out of mille lacs. This one came from the top edge of a mud flat.

Anyone else have any pics of XXL ice walleyes? Lets see em.

We now know why there are so many skinny fish in the lake. That thing is a porker.

It looks like it’s cross-bred with a bass!

That’s one chubby little monkey Jake!

Was this a weed fish or a deep water fish? I’ve been noticing that the shallow water weed fish have been much fatter than the fish relating to mud or rocks this winter.

Wow! That is a fatty!!! Although not as girthy, I got this one a couple weeks ago which was really thick. Almost all the fish I’ve iced this year have looked very healthy. I’ve been on mud the times I’ve been out as well.

We managed one chunky fish off the mud last weekend, This was the only one with girth out of about 25 fish. All of our fish still looked healthy, but this one was a pig.
