Devils Lake in January

Can anyone help me on what to bring for lures and jigs ( colors ) for Walleye , Panfish and if anything for Northerns ? Thanks

Jiggin Raps, blues, perch, firetiger, and rattle spoons I use northland same colors plus glow in darks, also don’t be afraid of a plain hook under a bobber, or a small glow in dark and or scud colored bro bugs, pike will eat them all if you are interested in going after them in particular use smelt and a norwegian (kale) hook.
