    Soy sauce
    Sugar
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Marinate for 2 hours
Heat olive oil and sear meat.

Before searing dab meat dry because soy sauce burns and smokes when searing.

End result is like sliced thin teriyaki beef good.

I love to make teriyaki venison stir fry.

Try using honey in lieu of sugar. Just try it.

Only if it’s as good as Iowa deer..

And you can use the leftover marinade for your steak(overnight marinate) , like the above pic for breakfast.

add some sliced serrano hot peppers and lime juice and you have my go to marinade, not yet added a sugar due to the burning, but a quick stir fry would be great. That marinade can make a shoe taste good.
