Is There a fishable population of bluegill in rainy? Minnesota side. Just curious if it was worth investigating or not when we are up there.

Thanks Wayne, I know they are in there, just wondering if anyone has come across a population of them.
There are some in a few of the bays on kab, namakan, sand point, and crane. I’d assume the same on rainy. The crappies are difficult to find on those lakes and I’d say they are easy compared to the gills. They are very vulnerable to over harvest being the population is so small and growth rates are slow. Please catch and release if you do find some.
