Just wondering if you guys downsize your baits in the spring like muskie fishermen do. I’ve been using only large baits this spring and am not doing well at all, thinking of downsizing or switching from bullhead to suckers. I typically have not started fishing flatheads until July so this is by far the earliest I have been out and am having a rough time connecting with fish.
