I have a 97 Polaris XC 600. Its been 2 years since I’ve fired it up. Tried getting it going this past weekend. I vacumed out the mouse nests and siphoned out the old gas and replace with fresh gas. Finally got ready to start pulling. Went to turn on the choke switch and it broke. It doesn’t look like the switch lever broke but the piece it hooks onto that sticks through the hood broke. It looks like the entire assembly is one piece including the cables that lead to each of the carbs. Does anyone have experience replacing this? Will I need to replace the entire assembly? Is it difficult to disconnect and reconnect the cable to each carb? Any guesses at what the part will cost to fix? Thanks alot for any help you can provide.
