Any way to migrate contour data?

I’m thinking about upgrading and know I can migrate my specific waypoints via a .gpx file, but wondering if any of you know if/how it’s possible to migrate charted contour data.

I think when I used to chart my own maps I stored them on a SD card. I would think if you moved that to a different unit it should work on the new one. Can you store the mapping on the unit?

Also, if you have the option selected to upload to the community, you can just select the area and re-sync it on the new unit.

That is perfect, thanks much! I’ll take a look at my head unit and see where the SD slot is. And yeah if for some reason that doesn’t work, I can go the community route – didn’t even think of that. Thanks for the ideas guys!

Update: my striker plus 9sv doesn’t seem to have an SD slot anywhere. Looks like I might have to share my data and then re-download on a new unit if I do upgrade.
