Thanks everyone for the help. I did purchase a couple of the GPAS bungees at the Sports Show. Hopefully they will help along with all of the above info

I try putting out alot of line, but up there sometimes the boats get pretty packed in. I suppose the angle is around 45 degress…
Should I be putting them off each side, or one off each end of the boat?

I’ve had/used a BGE, and it is fantastic. But it is also cost prohibitive. I just purchased a maroon egg, (not sure the exact name of it), from Menards. It cost around $280 and I have found it works just as well as the BGE at a fraction of the cost. I’ve smoked ribs, chicken, pork shoulder, pork butt, etc for times as long as 8-12 hours long. I would suggest this if cost is an issue for you (I know it always is for me:)

Thanks for the advice guys. Looks like I have some offseason projects on the horizon. If axel work is needed, is there anyplace that would be good to help me out?

The only switch that works/lights up is the main. All others wont work/light up. Don’t see any buttons on the dash for reset

Very few people out. More out during the day. When I was out from 6pm-9pm there was probably only 6-10 other people out. Wishing I was out there the last couple nights with the full moon.

I went out of sportsmans access, the ice was 8-9 of good ice. I walked out of course, but it was good for foot traffic.

Pretty slow for us on the east side. Bobber fishing, trying to stay out of the wind and waves. Boated a few, all over the slot, with a couple 28″ (which went back in to fight another day:)). Saturday nite was great weather and little/no wind, but very few fish. Sounds like we should’ve been pullin’ cranks. Oh well. It was great to be back on the water!!!

Have a few in my group that can no longer make the trip (April 28-May 1). Will be no longer needing one of our cabins at Adrian’s. If anyone is still in need of a cabin, give Adrain’s a call.

I think that is where my problem is coming from. Not having the terminal ends. I will let everyone know how it goes when I get home to work on the wiring. Thanks again for everyones input. I always struggle when it comes to wiring.

Yep. It has an external puck. So do I wire the nema wires and the main wires together thru a switch? Right now they’re wired independently to the battery, and I forgot to put a switch in the nema line. Could that be the problem?

Went out yesterday off Sportsmans Access. Did a lot of hole hopping. Finally found some perch and sunnies in 14-16fow. They weren’t the biggest, but they kept me busy and got enough for a decent meal.
