I called the DNR in St. Paul and she informed me the drawing has not taken place as of yet according to HER. Would not suprise me though if you guys saw the results though to be honest….

The results we saw could also be from last years database.

I guess I’ll just quit checking until they actually ANNOUNCE that the results have been posted.

I assume the results are now released. The page has been again updated and shows 2011 hunt info.

It also says: Congratulations! Your number was drawn as part of the lottery in area 342 zone D.

That page has now been updated. It’s now just a basic page until the results get posted.

I’d send that story into Berkley. The boy’s photo could end up in an advertisement.

    Great fish.

If you wonder why I add the soap, box elder bugs have a natural oil on their shells which helps to keep water and other liquids from getting into the thoractic pores where the bugs breathe. The soap cuts that oil and allows the evil stuff to get in. The bugs croak almost immediately.

I have found that all you need on them box elders is just the soap. I put it in the lawn sprayer and attach to the hose. Spray at the 3 oz per gallon setting and it kills em dead. I’ve read that if the box elder loose that oil, they die regardless. Once I spray them down, I spray a 2nd time a little later and then finally just hose down the area with plain water to remove any residue.

Add Stacy’s Kitchen to the list It’s kitty corner from the Eagle Center. Plenty of birds to watch between Wabasha and Lake City.

I second that place. They have an awesome breakfast menu.

This simple way of doing things is to just maintain an open word processing document. You can type whatever you want in the word processor, then copy/paste into the forum text box. If you’re anal like me, this also allows you to easily use spell check.

…I went out and got a kids plastic wiffle bat and cut the ends off. Makes a nice long skinny funnel for guys to use without having to lean over the side…

    Great idea.

Actually…They used to be with Top Gun. Mike and Trevor have Run-N-Gun Outfitters. Been that way for a little over a year now.

About 20 minutes ago, I’m sitting at work think’n to myself….”man I’m hungry…I could go for some fried chicken.”

Since I can’t leave work yet, I figured I’d play on IDO for a bit. Now you go and put a post up about fried chicken.

I do know about the laws being passed making them illegal. I only plan to use it in wi and there is nothing in place for them right now.

It looks like your OK in Wisonsin. I just thought I would point it out to you and any others looking at getting one. I wouldn’t be suprised if more states ban them for the “muzzleloader season.”

Just be sure it’s legal for where and what you want to hunt. Some states are passing regulations specifically making electric muzzleloaders illegal, while other states already have regulations regarding the use of “electronics.”
