Fishin’ for Parkinson’s Tournament St. Croix River

    On Saturday October 2nd, 2010 the inaugural Fishin’ for Parkinson’s event will be held on the St. Croix out of Lakeside Park in Bayport. This is a great event benefiting the Capistrant Center for Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders which is located at Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul.

    This is a 100% entry fee pay back tournament with three categories: Bass, Walleye, and Ugly Division. In addition to the fishing tournament there will be a Shoreline Family Fun day including fishing clinics, carnival games & prizes and much more! The event also involves a Surf and Turf Benefit Dinner Saturday evening at the Lake Elmo Inn.

    This should be a great event! I’m looking forward to fishing it… I hope to see some guys come out and fish this event for a good cause…

    CASH PRIZE IS GROWING!

    More teams are signing up daily which means the total cash purse is growing for this benefit tourny! Each division is now looking at a 1K+ total top prize for the winning team! $$ is paid to the top team in each division; Walleye, Bass, Panfish, and “ugly”.
