Has anybody used on of those g-force eliminator prop nuts? Do these make a difference or just a gimic?

I have heard people say it reduces vibration and quiets their motor a bit. However I have a hard time believing the claims that the built in cooling ports cools the motor better extending the life of the motor and battery….its a motor submerged in a waterbath, its cooling already. The difference it may be making is not even measurable to the life of the motor and battery.
