    What hull design changes took place on the Skeeter 2050 during the course of 2000-2010?

    The ZX-2050’s life span was model years 2001-2007. For 2001 it had a 20″ transom and equipped with the V-Max motors. 2002 the Transom was increased to 25″ to run the saltwater motors and the new 4 stroke motors, also the live well depth was increased a few inches. Horse power ratings were increased from 250 to 300 when the 300 hp 2 stroke motor was avail from Yamaha. The ZX-2050 was replaced by the new WX-2100 avail June 2007.     Sorry for the question, but is Skeeter owned by Yamaha like G3?

    Yamaha is the parent company of Skeeter. Since 95
