Rollers Up Yet?

    Are the rollers up yet at the lock and dam at Pool 4 by Red Wing? Usually a bunch of junk floats through when they raise them. Looks like the river is about high enough to raise the rollers.

    Don’t they pull the gates when it hits action stage?According to the water level forcast,it won’t hit action stage there.

    I’m not sure. St Paul is in control of the rollers and they base the movements of the rollers on too many things for my little p brain to comprehend.

    All I know for a fact is that with a predicted crest is less then 2 more feet and 2016 is going to be the “flush” that never happened… again.

    …and I don’t know if that is going to be the crest for the spring.

    Thanks for the update Brian. Plan to be down there sometime this weekend. Don’t work too hard down there.
