Everybody knows you can’t catch cats in the winter. They are too wimpy and fragile for the cold water.

Hey Shirly everyone knows the reason Catfish sleep in the winter is they are so tired fighting so hard all summer they need a rest… those green baitfist you fish for, can be caught all winter just to give you guys a extra chance to be able to keep a fish this year, hey in your defence it is hard to catch a fish in the 13 to 13.5 inch slot limit. but when you do whooo hooo go buy a lotto ticket because it is YOUR lucky day.
