My fishing buddy/niece had a stroke I could use some prayers

    I normally don’t call out for this kind of thing on a public forum but my niece age 32 had a massive stroke last night. Don’t have many details she was taken to a Methodist hospital somewhere in the cities. She has no use of her face muscles or arm and has a blood clot on the brain. Just asking for prayers. The family situation is a mess if you will but my wife and I have always been closest to her. She is the one I got asked to take fishing as a kid didn’t know how but took her and the rest is history as they say, she is my little fishing buddy Snoopy pole and all. I just keep thinking of the memories of fishing with her. They said her life as she knew it is gone but I will keep the faith. Having no children of our own she was our kid if that makes sense.

    Praying for you, her and her family! Far to young for something like that. Hopefully there will be a speedy and full recovery and you both are back at it again soon!

    Oh man, I hate hearing this stuff. WAY to young to be dealing with something like that. All of my prayers and support Mr Pike! Keep the faith, man. Hopefully someday she can get back on the water with you!

    Thanks everyone this is very heartfelt. Only update I have is she needed to have a tube put in hear throat because she cant breath on her own. Thanks for the prayers I’m keeping the faith. Thanks everyone truly appreciate it.

    A friend of my girlfriends had a bad stroke about that age. They said something to do with her pregnancy. She wasnt given much of a chance but its been about 6 years now and she has a litle trouble with one leg but other than that is doing very well. There is always hope.
