Any reports?

Any new reports on the MN? I see a lot of people fishing near the Blackdog outlets.

Of course walleye fishing is closed on this stretch, but the carp & suckers are starting to bite pretty good. Fishing a piece of crawler on the bottom around the outlets & creek mouths will get some action. Anywhere you can find some warmer water. I fished a small tributary last weekend & caught a bunch of redhorse & a few big carp. The redhorse/suckers are biting good, but the carp are still a little sluggish in this cool water. I tried fishing cats for a bit without any action, but they should be going very soon. Lots of fun just hitting the open water again. Vern
