    Over the years I have had to send in different units for tune ups or repair and could not be happier with there units or service.

    I’ve only had to use their CS once and all I did was email a question about my LX-5. They replied to my question within an hour. Pretty nice, and it definitely gives me a warm fuzzy feeling should I ever need to send something in.

    I agree, I have nothing but good things to say about dealing with them. They’ve always had a great turn around time for me.
