Ice is coming

    Well,

    After a dismal gun deer season – I’m already switching modes into ice fishing. From the looks of things, we’ve got some real nice temps coming our way….a high of 29 on thursday and some night time temps dropping well below freezing from here on out….BRING ON THE ICE!!

    I have been up in northern Wi (Park Falls area) the last 9 days. A small, shallow lake up there had thin ice around the edge of the lake. Many of the deeper lakes didn’t have any ice at all. All I can say is that it better stay cold, deer season stunk and i need to get on the ice!
