Perch Tourney on Mille

    Is the Liberty or Hunters perch tourney a fun day for my 7 year old? I was thinking it might me a good day to spend with him on the hard water. I am also a rookie tourney go’er and was wondering what to expect? Is it easy to get around with a sled etc?

    Both events will have special gifts for the youth!! fishing stuff for the little fisherman! The events are held on the entire lake!! All you need is a button purchase prior to the event, and it allows you the opportunity to win some dandy prizes!! Liberty Beach has a 4X4 ATV for the Grand Prize!!! lots of guns,augers,flashers etc……..Hunters will also have some great prizes!! Liberty will have around 3,000+ people show up for the day!!! Hunters Point has a few less……around 1,000-1,500 or so!!! Both are great events!

    The lake currently has around 3-5 inches on snow on top of 20+ inches of ice.
