It’s a fish cleaning table.
Complete with paper towel holder!
Fransisco? You remember what a fish is right?
Its called a camp kitchen. Not sure what brand? There are a lot of different designs out there. (Google camp kitchen for examples.)

Sadly, the few times we have been out….they have been total busts! Have to work in Europe for three weeks. Hopefully I can find the magic when I get back.
I am sure Pug is catching more fish then me at this point.

And it isn’t a fish cleaning station which makes my lame attempt at humor even more lame.
Don’t fret, it shouldn’t take you long to catch up to me once you are back.

BINGO! Thanks Jeff!
Thats a unique gift. I’m assuming the kids weren’t in the same box? Anyway it looks like you have a couple of “Sherpa’s” there to haul your camping gear!
Go to Europe come back and take the family camping and fishing. Catching is just a bonus for time spent together.
