    Hey All,
The walleyes are kinda slow however we are moving lots of Big greenies.
Bucktails, gliders and topwaters in the evening, have all been good for me this week.

What areas of the lake? I will be in Ely the week of August 8th and am hoping to give the Big V a try.

I was up there prefishing for the GNWC on Vermilion and had 2 40 inch plus muskies on casting jointed shad raps for walleyes on rock piles. They both cut my off at the boat. It was fun but not the fish we were looking for! Good luck.

They have been going on both ends of the Big V. Weeds, rocks and main lake points have been good, I also have taken some fish on saddles and boulder flats in the main lake.
Bucktails and gliders have been the most consistant pattern for me this week.
    Good Luck!
