I’m fishing East Leaf this weekend in “The storm of the century” (we might as well call it “The storm of the millenium”)

Has anyone been out there? I did well on crappies last year, but might focus on walleyes since it’s the last weekend. How about other lakes in the area? Anything producing? Thanks,

    Lars

Go for the Eyes! Fish near the bridge but be careful.(I dont know how thick the ice is near the bridge with that current running) I have a few friends up there and they do pretty good in 20-30 feet by bridge.
    Good luck

3 of us caught about 20 crappies Friday and Saturday night. They were anywhere from 9-13″. Made for a nice fish fry last night. Not a bad way to wait out the snow storm. During the day we couldn’t keep the 1-2 lb northerns off our lines. We had the camera down to watch the northerns swimming around and taking the baits. It was pretty fun.
