hey everyone hoping you can give me a hand with this?? ive got a 20 horse johnson on my 14 foot flat bottom duck boat and am trying to get everything lined up and out of the way before the season. Im looking for a new prop as the old one has found a few stumps and sand bars. (its aluminum) it is a 10 1/2 x 11 id like to get the best prop for the application speed…mileage…. get up and go etc… should i switch pitches and if so what to im clueless with this stuff! thanks alot!

I run a Cabelas SS prop on my 25hp Merc / 14 foot jon. It’s been a great prop! I was chewing through 2-3 aluminum props a season. In the long run, it has saved me a lot of money going stainless.

Link to Cabelas SS props for 20hp Johnson.

I’d go with the same 11″ pitch.

    Good Luck!
