Thursday I flew to Milwaukee out of MSP. The fligth path took us south from MSP to somewhere south of Lake City and then east to Milwaukke.
The cool thing was flying over the river from the Ford dam all the way down to lake city. Even was able to pick out Evert’s Resort. Was was very evident were the wings damns. I couldn’t see many north of 494 on Pool 2 but from there south and especially pool 3 and 4 the wingies stood out. Clear, low water helped make the wing damns stick out. The aerial view helped me understand the wingies and of course their location. I wish I had a video or camera. What an education!
