    What next! Anyone know of a good re-builder? Most shops are booked 4 weeks out, just to give me an estimate. Anyone have any idea of how much this is going to set me back? Ouch.

    I blew my Merc 150efi a few years ago, it set me back at about 4k. Resleeved one cylinder, one new piston, one new rod, a used crankshaf and new bearings. Took about 6 weeks. Good Luck.

    Check with Roberts Marine in Roberts WI. I had a 115 rebuilt a few years ago. All new oversized pistons and all 6 bored out for $2050. Good luck. I know the feeling
