I read an article in the Fargo Forum about a Asian Carp that was caught in the St.Croix. Are you guys starting to see alot of these or is this a rare catch so far?

headlines are written for sensationalism … to sell newpapers

take what you read with a grain of salt
the article I read had a headline that said Asian Carp found in St Croix
upon further reading the article said it was found at the confluence of the Mississippi and St Croix
That to me is significantly different than “in” the St Croix

not saying they couldn’t or won’t swim up the Croix
just saying the paper is experiencing premature articulation

Lollll.. just waiting for someone else to chime in about how it was probably brought in by commercial fisherman for job security.. these fish are here, and even if they’re not now, they will be.

There is only one solution. Genetically modified virus that eliminates them.
