What orchards do people like going to and what are you seeing for prices this year? We usually get a bushel of honeycrisp and they were expensive last year. wouldn’t mind a bit of a drive, should be a nice day to get out. Thanks

We just got back from Fleischman’s Orchard which is located near Blair, WI. Honeycrisp for $44 per bushel (about $1 per pound). Pick your own Cortland, Empire and McIntosh for $15 per bushel. Nice older folks that run the orchard out of his garage. This is the second year we went out there and will keep going back.
We enjoy going to Afton Apple. It is great for the kids including a big play area and hay ride to pick your apples. I was there two weeks ago and honeycrisps weren’t ready so I can’t provide a price, sorry.
We used to go to Afton Apple, till they got too big , now we go to Fischers on St Croix trail, just north of hwy 10
