Anybody hear if the perch are still hitting in Isle and Cove Bays? Something to do until the sun sets. We did pretty well last Sunday afternoon but Eddie’s is hinting that the perch action is slowing down.
Thanks
Pete

Isle Bay is going very big right now!!
Luckily, the DNR is keeping an eye on the bay also. Last night, the new DNR CO in Isle, Mike Lee, nailed 2 guys from Illinois with 96 perch OVER their limit.
Enjoy the bite, but don’t even think of double tripping around Isle Bay anymore!!
Good for Mike.
You gotta have one oarlock missing to pull a stunt like that.
They think its dark so who can see.
Thank goodness for night vision technologies.
Way to go Mike!!
A few years back I got on a good perch bite in Isle Bay. There we maybe 20 boats stacked up in 7 feet of water in Isle bay fishing perch that fall day. That was so much fun I have always wanted to do that again. Does anyone know if that fall perch bite is, or did, happen in Isle Bay this year?
WTH? I know who can see a long way in ND; but all the way back to ML?
Oilpatch get old?

DUH! As soon as Dunn called out as Lee as being new I should have seen that.
I kinda miss him & I’m quite sure the gas stations & Eddie miss that “racing” motor of his.

No, it did not. Not saying a few guys didn’t catch a few perch. But not like a few years ago where you could catch more than you would care to clean in an hour or two.
