Who’s fishing the pond on opener? I’ll be there Sat and Sunday this year – patrolling the east side again.
I’ll be up Friday afternoon-Sunday. First summer with a fishhouse at Hunter’s so it should be fun.
I have to work opener but will be up thursday, friday and saturday.

I was in Garrison this weekend and was shocked at how much of the lake is still covered with ice..
Discussions have been happening between Chris Wallace and myself about doing a 24 hr marathon effort…..filming it and focusing on all types of presentations….Could be a riot…

Chief, even if you end up in Nigeria or Israel, I’ll get you home for opener
Friday through Tuesday for me, hope we can get half the nice weather we had last year.
I have pan fish ready for the BIG fry at Big D’s on Friday, and then the Big D Open T 12am.
I’ll be there for sure I have my new cabin up there that I’ll be staying in most of the time. For opener a buddy is getting me a hotel because his boat died last year and wanted to go. I’m looking forward to catching some eye’s in Minnesota again!! Although I shouldn’t complain, The catching eye’s part still has been going on! We even got a Paddle fish in the boat. I hope to see you guy’s up there!
Ecnook…. Where on Mille Lacs will you be staying. I live near Big Point on Mille Lacs and will be on the Rainy trip in June with you. It would be fun to meet if it works out.
Will be at a friends house by Hunters…
