Theres a mexican restraunt where we go that has a super good warm white cheese dip for chips, a little spicey. Any good recipes out there. I could google it and get 400 of them but would rather have an ido member tested.

There’s actually a commercial one out there, can’t remember if it’s Tostitos or what but it’s Montery Jack Queso in a glass jar. Not bad…

A lot of the big grocery stores will have Mexican melting cheese (I get mine at Sprawl-Mart) that you can melt in a saucepan on low heat. Pour in a little cream when it starts to melt, it’s amazing.
(The things you learn when you fish with Mexican chefs…)
