    As a general rule (general rule… not always full proof)… Use leaches in the spring/early summer and crawlers mid to late summer. Now, leaches can work late and crawlers can work early. Natural forage is always a great option as well… whether the lake contain shiners, suckers, chubs, etc. That should get you started.
