Powerdrive Co-pilot on a Riptide?

    I just bought a new boat and it has a RipTide 65# AP troller on it. I just bought the co-pilot for my powerdrive this year and would like to use it on the RipTide. Does anyone know if that will work?

    Good question. MinnKota sells them as separate units. I use the same motor (Riptide 65AP with Copilot) but mine has the copilot made for Riptide. If I had to guess, I would say that the only difference is the electronics on the Riptide Copilot are encapsulted better… but that is just a guess… Their tech support is pretty good, give em a call…
