Fountain City Days

    So, how did everyone do that fish the Fountain City Days tourney yesterday (Sunday)?

    Pool 7 produced some very nice fish…hope Pool 5a did, too!

    It went good. My brother in law brought in over 22 pounds and got 2nd. They got beat by a big bag of smallies that weighed over 24 pounds. That is a six fish limit. My wife and I got 8th with 16.75 pounds.

    Those are some impressive sacks. I sure hope BC fishes the super tournament

    Congrats to BC on the finish . Glad to see 5a producing well after all the rain they got down there. I’m not suprised that big smallies won they’ve been on fire if you can find the right schools. Any info on who won and what was working?

    I can’t remember the guys names but they said they were on both 5 and 5A. It sounded like they got their big smallies from 5A though from one spot. All I know is some of them were caught on a chug bug…that could mean anything. From what I heard, most of the guys including us, caught their bigger fish at the end of the day.
