Has anyone ever fished the area around Guttenberg on Lower pool 10? i had to work in Guttenberg today and noticed some good looking water from the road, just thought i’d see if it was worth making the 18 mile run from pdc to there to check it out..

That pool is excellent for bass- lansing is even better! 
I grew up fishing pool 10. If you are walleye fishing there are some great wingdams in the lower stretches of pool 10 and tons of great bass water. The Bussy Lake area is good as are the Frenchman’s and Sny Magill areas. Bussy Lake is one of the project areas where they dredged channels several years back. I believe the local bait shop has maps of where these channels are. Bussy is also a very good for early ice fishing. It’s my favorite for running tip-ups for northerns.
