Coming up to Red Wing for BFL tourney August 11. Never been to those pools before and would appreciate answers to following questions:
1. Should I target smallies or largemouths?
2. Should I stay on Pool 4 or go up to 3?
3. Is Lake Pepin or any of the tributary streams decent for smallies?
4. Any suggestions for cheap lodging with good boat parking?
