Moisture In Teleflex Guages

I have a 06 Alumacraft Magnum tiller….it has the console in the back with all the gauges ( temp, volts, check system fuel, speed, tach ect.)

The fuel and volt gauges( and others at times) always seem to get moisture in them , even if it doesn’t rain, it just condensates inside. Is there any fix or anything I can do to prevent this ?

    Thanks,

    Mike

Rewire the dash lights so they come on when ever the key is on, the little bit of heat the bulbs put out will help dry them out.

Pretty simple, find the blue wire going to the light switch from the bulb on the gauge, cut it and hook it to a purple (switched ignition) wire going to one of the gauges. (volt meter would be the easiest)

If you dont cut the wire (blue) going to the light switch, your boat lights will come on with the key switch.

Tape or cap the end of the blue cut wire thats not used anymore so it doesnt short against something.
