I had a couple recently as well. Yote or Wolf?

I’ve had several singles over the course of the summer that were always blurred and my first impressions were they were yotes. I gave pause with these pics.

Wolf. Based on the height of the understory its traveling thru. Young most likely.

We saw two wolves on our last cabin run.

I gotta say yote on this one. Nose and ears are too pointy for a wolf.

Last year I thought a yearling I had walk past me had a 2″ ish spike growing over its eye.

This year has gotten a bit bigger and his rack is messed up. Could be interesting in 3 more years

This is the biggest one I have on camera, got a couple other smaller bucks that are missing one side as well. Guessing they have been trying to take on this guy.

Also nudged a doe into the ditch this morning flame , that had 2 bucks right on her tail.

I saw this guy a couple times during the week before gun season and could never make it happen. I even rattled him in once to 15 yards, but he never got into the open. He made it through the first gun season though! This was yesterday morning on the other side of the farm from where he was living.

What do you guys think. Is this the same deer? Looks like the g4 might be a litte longer on this deer’s right side.
