Thought all 2060’s came with a kicker? Yours must be older. Also for years, all kickers have been mounted on a 6″ setback. I think the setback was needed to get the prop in cleaner water, and possibly triming up.

I believe 2020 was the last year that you had the option to not have the kicker. I bought the setback plate that I will use when I mount the motor.

Alright, so I have been messing around with this thing this evening and still could not get the window snap to go in correctly. So, I thought I could try to make something. What I came up with is. Corroplast. The plastic sheeting that resembles cardboard structurally. I cut it to be placed where the opening is, with small legs that go into small openings next to the rod box and storage boxes. Best thing is, that I didn’t have to drill any holes for the side snaps. Hopefully it works. I’ll be trying it out on lake Erie this weekend.

The inside of my windshield is a little different than yours. You can see in my pictures that posted, mine has a deep channel running across the middle of the rail and my snaps does not fit init.

Thanks for the picture. Is that on the outside or the inside of the window?

The bottom of my window rail is beveled, the snap will not attach to that. I thought it should go on the top of the rail and into the middle groove, But it doesn’t seem to fit there either.

Thanks everyone. I guess I will schedule a time to have that installed.

Thanks, I see where it goes. I do not have that hole there. I guess I will have to have that installed or do it myself. Did you put that in or was it already there?
