Sounds fun. Is it $30 a hole, or just $30 total? What about flashers and UW cameras? Do we park at The View, or the public landing(parking fee in effect)?
January 5, 2009 at 5:08 pm #734159Hey Jason!
Ive been just west of the Anson landing (where everyone else is). Ive had a number a people walk up near me with a GPS, drill hole and pull fish out left and right. Ive been lucky to find the old cribs a few times. Gills are in 25 FOW. Theres been some vehicle action out there couple weeks ago.
My step father has fished this hole for years, and from what other peolpe have said as well as him, the fishing is good one year, but not the next. But as soon as word gets out, this place gets packed and fished out.
January 5, 2009 at 4:52 pm #734152Wow, I learn something new everyday. So, really, fish tend to bite better when the pressure is at 30.0 and falling? I saw on the charts, that it tends to drop slow, like on your day Brett it dropped .3 or so. Is it possible to have it keep going down into the mid 20s rather rapidly, or is it a slow process?
December 22, 2008 at 6:10 pm #730806I got some Ice Armor gloves last year, they should be the same ones. I love them. I was able to stick my arm down the hole to above my wrists and no water got through. Sure they froze up, but that will happen with any glove. March 6, 2008 at 3:50 pm #662656The coldness of the water is going to slow the dilution of the anti freeze WAY down though, compared to summer water temps.

On a side note I sure would like to see English be mandatory to get any sort of license. Its just not safe to be in an English speaking country and not be able to communicate, whether its driving a car or handling a firearm, regardless if the regulations are written in that persons primary language. I’m not saying even if this guy knew English the situation could have been avoided but being able to communicate couldn’t have hurt the situation.
Good POint! Kudos!

March 3, 2006 at 1:47 pm #426232Yeah when I replaced my fuel filter, I could hardly blow through the old one, while the new one I could easilly just breathe through. And like Phish said, the most expensive one is maybe $15, so get that one, because that is quality for a good price and they arent changed that often.
