    Anyone been out to Waconia lately? I haven’t been there yet this year. I was out several times last year… I caught a lot of 8-12″ walleyes. I would assume there are a lot of nice “eater” walleye being caught this year. Anybody?

    I too assumed the same thing, but from reports the fish never grew.

    That or else that is what is feeding all those 4-6lb bass swimming out there.

    Spent 5 hours on Wagoners Bay in 20-26 feet looking for Crappies yesterday, Sunday 1/25. 3 of us got about 25. nothing big most were 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 inches, only a few were in the 10 inch range. minnows on teardrops is what we used, tried just briefly some vert/jigging with no success. Anyone else getting out there. Jack.
