Battle on bago help?

    I am going to the battle on bago this year and i have never fished the lake in my life and i am hoping to get a few pointers on what to use and where to try.

    The perch and whitebass have been consistant Anywere between 12 and 18 feet. you have to move till ya find um. Lots of area to fish. Also TEWs bait & tackal shop on south main in Oshkosh is a great place to start. get current info there. Winne is BIG And can be dangerous! Get all the GOOD information you can. Ive been getting BIG Jumbo perch. The Walleyes have Lockjaw right now, but that will change soon. Lots of dying shad for them to slurp up. ill be them. Good luck if you come.

    Thanks guys . And when it comes to dangerous ice conditions i,m not new to that game lake superior is just a short trip north for me and can be extremely dangerous if your not careful. But for the most part i dont think i will stray to far from the crowds.
