The sear marks didnt turn out as well this time, but that’s just eye candy anyway. Love the bullseye! Thing does pretty much anything you could ever want.

No, its a recteq bullseye pellet grill. Love it! It is an absolute work horse.
Grilled chicken leg quarters korr noodles and mixed veggies!! Added some smoking chips also. And done over charcoal.

No I’ve never done that. Just use a chick roast and cook it the same? This is actually my first brisket I’ve ever done. A local store had them on sale for 2.99 a pound
Yep! Do it exactly the same. It makes wonderful burnt ends! That is a good price on that brisket!
