2-3 lb line or 4-6 lb line. That will do good for all of them. i think 4lb. ??

I vote 6lb while changing the leader (Florocarbon) as needed for smaller vs. larger fish.

Which kind of line are you using and as slipperybob noted are you open water or icefishing???
If I am using a braid, generally I am using 10# which has a 2# line diameter. Then I am using a 10# floro for my lead.
If I am fishing mono and fishing panfish, I am usually spooling up with 2# in more weedfree areas, then 4# a little bit, but more than likely I am fishing 6# for anything else, unless I am getting into the wood/dark water situation, then I might spool up heavier to 10#/12#…

Since you said occasional walleye, your focus seems to be on panfish. 4 lb will be ok for panfish (2-3# better) and will (could) handle the occasional eye or small pike/bass that you often run into while panfishing.
