    Sorry John not yet ! Belv. got a ramp open. Then LeClaire,

    Dav. and Muscatine. NewBoston is also still locked in.

    I’ll have some fish’n reports to input probably tomorrow.

    Ya Hey Der – Eyes, the ramp at the lock is open (you have to get there early and sink in the mud to use it.) The DNR ramp is still iced in. I have not fished it yet, but I heard that a lot of shorts have been coming in, and it’s pritty much like the rest of our lower pools your Babe Winkleman one minute and Hogans Goat the next.
