walleye are still going good for this time of year. Started out this morning at 8:00 am after the storms, We tried trolling lead core on channell edge across wingdams no luck at all except catfish, Switched to a egg sinker and a leach on bare hook on the wing dams about the last 1/3 of the dam closest to channel put 3 overs in the boat and 4 leagle and alot of catfish by noon. Took my wife home and dropped her off and went back out with a friend about 5pm same technique with a little more trolling thrown in put 7 more eyes in the boat , nothing huge but some nice fish. if you get out what ever method you use pay alot of attention to wing dams and some deeper water My opinon they are definatley on there summer hang outs now .
