The Sauger are really going below Dresbach dam. I just received pictures from a buddy of mine who fished yesterday morning with his two kids. They usually just fish pannies, but they couldn’t keep the Sauger and Walleye off their lines. They are always catch and release until yesterday. His boy wanted to stock up on some fish to eat through the winter. As you can see from the picture, the boys had a great time and they should have some good eating for a while.
