    Is there a fee in effect now for launching at the alma marina and also the power plant? If so do you know the cost for someone from MN?

    $5 bucks a day for non resident of the city of Alma at the marina. I would guess the one below the dam in town is the same. Next ramp south at Belvidere Slough should be free from the grips of the city of Alma….

    Take 35 south of Alma and hit County rd. Oo, this takes you into Buffalo City. Landing is on the right hand side a few miles in. Can’t miss it. Otherwise keep going and hit the one in “downtown” Buffalo.

    where does the Belvedere landing come out onto the main river ?

    If you follow the channel due north and take the cut to the left it will bring you out at mile marker 748, maybe 3/4 miles from the landing

    Be careful and pic the right opening there is a shallow closing dam across one of them. Normally you will see markers to go between to get over the dam.
