    I am getting pumped and have been waiting for this day since she was born. With the new rules for taking younger hunters, I asked my daughter if she would like to go turkey hunting this year. She got a huge smile and said, “YES!” We have practiced with the 20 gauge and she has been smoking a can at 20 yards. She sits in my lap with the gun resting against my shoulder and she lines it up and pulls the trigger!

    Got a bunch of Toms patterned just trying to decide where to start Wednesday morning. Its her birthday tomorrow and I am keeping her out of school wed. to hunt the morning.

    SUPER cool Scott. Very happy to hear you guys are doing that. I read 6 hours in the blind….incredible patience and stamina for a first time out there. Great to see, you’ll smack one eventually hunting that hard. Looking forward to hearing the battle stories already.
