How are SW WI Stream Levels

    I am going to be down south this weekend, was wondering how stream flows are with last week’s rain…

    Any reports???

    I would have to think they are all running clear by now. every creek i saw on the way home from lynxville was clear. what area are you going to concentrate on blue, green or smaller streams. hopefully this helps, Dan

    Sorry to hear about the layoff… When I was younger, I concentrated on almost every steream between the Miss and Madison from Hwy 18/151 north to Richland Center and further west. Those larger streams you mentioned would be good starters, if too dark moving to the smaller streams. Unfortunately, both brothers were busy, so I stayed close to home rather than trying anything good (like fishing). I went over a smaller trout stream on the way down, and it was running clear, though most of the water in the Madison area was running high. I am sure if we had gotten out, we could have found something. But thanks for the eyes in the SW!!!
